This creates two critical advantages:

## Training in Phases, Not Firehoses<\/p>\n
A single marathon training session doesn’t work. We break it into:

\n2. **Department heads** \u2014 core workflows they’ll touch daily
\n3. **Classroom teachers** \u2014 focused training on the specific screens they’ll use, delivered just before they need them<\/p>\n
## Paper-to-Digital Transition<\/p>\n
For schools coming from entirely paper-based systems, we plan a parallel run:
\n– Both paper and digital records are maintained for one term
\n– Discrepancies are identified and corrected
\n– The second term goes fully digital with paper as backup only<\/p>\n
